All orders at regular price can be returned at any point within 14 days of delivery when unopened. We are unable to accept opened packages for return unless there is a fault in the product at the time of delivery.

For faulty products, we will issue a replacement upon return but refunds may not be granted unless under special circumstances as determined by employees of The Fan Haven. 

If you received a faulty product or have an order that you would like to return that falls under this policy, please contact us at hello@thefanhaven.com. You as the customer are responsible for any shipping fees, and a full refund of the purchase amount will be granted where applicable upon return delivery of any packages.
